Jade Azul is a gated residential community offering a secluded lifestyle in the biologically diverse setting of Nosara, Costa Rica. Located in the guanacaste province in Northwest Costa Rica, Nosara is a tropical paradise nestled in the jungle and filled with small-town charm and hospitality. Tucked away in the jungle, Jade Azul is less than a ten minute drive from Nosara's two beautiful, quiet beaches, Playa Pelada and Playa Guiones. The completed Jade Azul community will contain a mixture of villas, condominiums, and single-family homes.

Phase I: The Villas at Jade Azul are currently being offered for pre-sale. All 19 units will feature Balinese-inspired architecture and be available in either one or two-story designs. Each of the villas will offer 1,000 suare feet of indoor living space on a private 1/4 acre lot. Each villa will also feature up to an additional 500 square feet of outdoor terrace, allowing homeowners to fully immerse themselves in the tropical surroudings. Vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows complete the exotic atmosphere.

Phase II: Condominiums at Jade Azul are expected to be available in December 2006, with architectural features similar to the Villas. The condominiums will be built on the higher elevations of the property, and will offer approximately 1,200 - 1,500 square feet of indoor living space, along with expansive outdoor terraces. The majority of these units will have spectacular 180-degree ocean views.

Phase III: The third and final phase of Jade Azul will offer single-family homes, featuring 3-4 bedrooms and larger outdoor spaces, many with beautiful ocean views. In addition, in the final phase, commercial development will be completed, adding restaurants, and retail shops as needed to best accommodate the requirements of the Jade Azul community.
