This style used modern space design but extensive use of natural materials to connect the living spaces to the nature landscape of the area and the specific property and avoiding over cutting of the existing land profile. The housing is designed to fit into the land and Forest rather than overwhelm it by smashing the flow of water, birds, monkeys and trees and "punching a hole in the Forest and cut the land" to make a house fit. The connected pool area has powered-by-switch-waterfalls and an 8 person hot/cold Jacuzzi which is built into the pool. The Main House has a family/entertainment designed chef kitchen, double ovens, ice maker, pass through window system (no overhead counters blocking the view). Indoor grill. Dual wine cooler cabinets, fully furnished to table for 15 people.

The Master Suite upstairs has a refrigerator, sink and coffee area, twin locking floor to ceiling closets, dual person outdoor shower area, indoor water spa setup, with whirlpool, aroma therapy and light soaking tub. Private 800 square foot terrace, exterior shower. he entire property is wired for internet access. Wifi signal is available in all areas

The wireless sound system interfaces with built in speakers installed in all the ceilings of both the Pavilion and the Main House. You can select one sound source ( a song) and it plays simultaneiously throughout the entire 1 acre house compound. The interior and exterior lighting design is extensive and theatrical, and the exterior Pavilion area is on automatic time cycle.

The water system for the house is from private source deep rock well water which is then triple filtered and UV to a stand by tank of 1,500 litres. The entire house and Pavilion supply purified water at all faucets and showers. (no hard water at all).

The 2 car garage has en electric door.

There are maids stations on the main and upper levels.

The house has a DISH network system in place with USA service. The House System Room (underneath and 1,000 square feet) holds all the house systems of water, water heater, extra shower, sink and toilet, water purification system, House breaker panels and alarm system, steel doored tools holding cabinets, parts and supply racks and maintanence material shelving, surf board storage and room to part 8 quads, bicycles, cars or whatever beach vehicles are desired. The interior of the house is full of custom designed and made hardwood furniture and counters made from Guanacaste wood. This is in every room. The natural stone was imported from Brazil, Peru, Panama and the Dominican Republic. Extensive use of Faux finished walls throughout.

The construction of the foundation of the house is formed reinforced concrete. The 3rd floor is structural steel, concrete board and extended wear Gypsum, covered with concrete and finished in Stucco for durability. The power cables are run underground from the street into the house.

Literally no expense was spared in maximizing the quality and usability of this property, The Last Resort. The entire property is planted in fruit trees and flowing plants. The entire Garden area is designed and executed. Avocado, Mango, Lemon, Apple, Tumeric, orange fruits.
