Description

A Private Luxury Estate Above Nosara

Set within the gated community of Nosara Estates, Portal de Mística is a private mountain estate created for living beautifully, gathering with friends and family, and experiencing Nosara from a quieter, more elevated perspective, surrounded by nature and overlooking the Pacific.

The property is composed of a 4-bedroom main house, a 2-bedroom guest house, and an independent first-floor room to use as an office or storage. This flexible configuration makes the estate equally suited to intimate family stays, extended gatherings, or carefully curated retreats.

Designed around a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle, the estate combines refined comfort with the relaxed character of a private tropical retreat. Retractable glass doors open the main living spaces onto expansive terraces, allowing the surrounding landscape, ocean views, and tropical light to become part of everyday life.

Outside, the estate unfolds as a collection of spaces designed for both quiet moments and shared experiences: an infinity-edge pool with fountain, a private hot tub, generous ocean-view terraces for yoga or sunset gatherings, a covered fire pit, and a suspended stargazing net overlooking the landscape.

The living area converts into a private movie room, discreetly concealing a 120-inch screen, creating an intimate space for evenings at home.

The property includes a dedicated laundry room, two storage rooms, solar power with backup, reverse-osmosis water, and enhanced property-wide Wi-Fi powered by Starlink satellite network.

For those looking beyond personal use, the estate also offers a natural setting for intimate wellness retreats, private gatherings, and boutique hospitality, allowing its next owner to shape the property around their own vision.

But that is not all. The clubhouse at Nosara Estates offers a variety of ways to enjoy your time without ever having to go far - whether you are spending the afternoon with family or inviting friends over.

The clubhouse features a comfortable lounge area with a large flat-screen TV, perfect for gathering to watch a game, along with a well-equipped gym, juice bar and kitchen, yoga pavilion, beach volleyball court, and a multi-purpose court for tennis and pickleball.

And then there is the waterfall. A natural waterfall within the community offers another distinctive place to cool off, or simply enjoy nature.
