The West wing of the estate consists of an open-concept kitchen and family room that opens to an outdoor lounge with a view of the ocean. You can sip your morning coffee on the veranda in complete privacy, with no immediate neighbors, you are surrounded only by NCA-protected park land. Each room has finishings of rich local hardwoods, polished concrete floors, and custom cabinetry that create a subtle and elegant space.

The lower courtyard features a large lounge area surrounding a grand saltwater pool.
