Julie, originally from Philadelphia, PA, was a modern dancer with a degree in Psychology who spent her free time along the coastal shores of New Jersey. She later moved to Boulder, Colorado, where she launched her real estate career in 1998, building a strong reputation in the luxury market while working closely with architects, developers, and builders and earning the trust of a loyal clientele.

In 2016, Julie relocated to Costa Rica with her twin 10-year-olds while continuing to serve her Boulder clients. She quickly fell in love with Costa Rica, its people, remarkable biodiversity, and relaxed coastal lifestyle. She knew she had found home. She became actively involved in the community, helping to found an environmental civic association in Santa Teresa, to protect the forests and fragile ecosystem.

Now based in Nosara, Julie brings decades of U.S. real estate expertise together with firsthand experience owning, building, and remodeling in Costa Rica. Known for her strong work ethic, sharp negotiation skills, and down-to-earth approach, she is dedicated to helping clients navigate the market with confidence and find their place in one of Costa Rica’s most exceptional surf and wellness communities.
