The land itself is flat, extremely useable terrain, and ready with all amenities , water, electric, internet. The Guanacaste tree is a spectacle among itself. Not every land comes with such a prized example. Our province is named after the Guanacaste. Once all pastures, these trees were for the shade of animals. The communities would gather under the old Guanacaste and hold events. Some say if you listen close you can hear the stories of the ancestors.
